Our Breeding
Les Bengals de LS is a family-run breeding farm located in Nîmes, in the south of France, dedicated to the selection of quality Bengals.
Our cats grow up in the heart of our home, surrounded by our family and children. They thus develop in a lively environment, accustomed to everyday noises, interactions, and human presence from a very young age.
We place particular importance on the health, well-being and temperament of our cats.
All our Bengals are registered with the LOOF, guaranteeing their conformity to the breed standards.
Our kittens are handled daily, which allows them to develop a balanced, sociable, and people-oriented temperament. They are also familiarized with different environments and stimuli to facilitate their adaptation to their future families.
Living with us, they are used to the presence of other animals, especially small companions like rabbits. We also make sure to gradually acclimate them to the presence of dogs in our community to help them adapt.
We work rigorously on our bloodlines in order to preserve and enhance the characteristics of the Bengal, including the beauty of their coat, their elegance and their temperament.
Special attention is paid to the selection of our breeding cats tested for the main genetic diseases, PKDef, PRA-b, HCM, in order to ensure perfectly healthy kittens.
Our goal is to offer balanced, sociable kittens from good bloodlines, ready to join loving families.
Each litter is the result of careful selection and genuine passion.
Our commitment
At Les Bengals de LS, our selection is based on a constant search for quality, harmony and evolution of the breed.
We pay particular attention to the bloodlines of our breeding cats, favouring Bengals from breeders recognized for their seriousness, their selection work and the quality of their cats, both in France and abroad.
Some lines come in particular from breeders working with Bengals presented in exhibitions, selected for their wild type, the quality of their rosettes, their contrast, their structure and their expression.
Our goal is to build, over time, a consistent and demanding selection, seeking Bengals that are ever more harmonious, expressive and close to the breed standard.
Each pairing is carefully considered to combine beauty, balance, genetic quality, and the evolution of bloodlines. We also place great importance on observing the kittens' development as they grow, because each Bengal gradually reveals its unique contrast, structure, and expression.
