Bengal
The Bengal is a fascinating breed, resulting from a cross between a domestic cat and the Asian leopard cat. It is immediately distinguished by its wild appearance, its prominent rosettes, and its exceptionally silky coat. This unique aesthetic evokes a small wild feline, while retaining the temperament of a companion cat.
Beyond its physical appearance, the Bengal is an intelligent, lively cat, deeply attached to its environment. Highly sociable, it enjoys human company and actively participates in family life. Curious and playful, it needs daily stimulation and interaction to thrive.
The Bengal cat comes in several coat colors and variations. The brown coat, with its contrasting rosettes on a warm background, is the most common. The snow coats, which include the lynx, mink, and sepia varieties, offer lighter tones with softer contrasts. The Bengal can also be silver, with a cooler, silvery base color.
Certain distinctive features enhance these coats, such as charcoal, which provides a more pronounced contrast with a characteristic dark mask, or the rarer blue, with its softened bluish-grey hues. Each Bengal possesses unique markings, a true natural signature.
The Bengal also boasts remarkable characteristics, such as a dense, silky coat, sometimes enhanced with a shimmering effect known as "glitter," as well as an athletic and elegant build. Its intense gaze further accentuates its unique appearance.
This breed is particularly well-suited to families who are present and involved, looking for an interactive and energetic cat. The Bengal thrives in a stimulating environment where it can play, explore, and form a genuine bond with its humans.
Within our cattery, we place paramount importance on the selection of our Bengals, both aesthetically and behaviorally. Our cats grow up in a family environment, accustomed from a very young age to daily life, in order to guarantee balanced, sociable kittens perfectly integrated into their future homes.
Bengal patterns
The Bengal cat is distinguished by the richness of its patterns, called rosettes, which give it its unique wild appearance. Each cat has a different pattern, a true natural signature.
Several types of rosettes can be distinguished:
open rosettes, closed rosettes called “donuts”, cat's paw rosettes (paw print), as well as arrow head patterns, which are more elongated and oriented towards the back.
Some Bengals also display marble patterns, characterized by broad, horizontal designs, different from classic rosettes.
The quality of a Bengal cat depends not only on the type of pattern, but above all on the contrast, sharpness and overall harmony of its coat.
Each Bengal cat is unique; no two patterns are alike.

Socialization and behavior
The Bengal is also renowned for its great sociability and attachment to humans. A true companion cat, it loves to interact with its owners and participate in daily life.
Highly intelligent and active, he needs stimulation, play, and an enriching environment to thrive. He particularly enjoys interaction, climbing, and playtime with his humans.
In our cattery, we place great importance on the socialization of kittens from a very young age. They grow up in the heart of our home, accustomed to everyday noises, handling, and human contact.
This early work helps to ensure that the kittens are well-adjusted, balanced, affectionate and perfectly suited to their future family .

Nutrition and specific needs
We pay particular attention to the diet of our Bengals, an essential element of their health and development.
We favour a natural BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) type diet, based on raw meat, adapted to the physiological needs of the cat, which is a strict carnivore.
This diet consists mainly of quality meat, supplemented by essential nutrients such as offal, meaty bones and certain supplements like salmon oil, known for its benefits on the coat, skin and immune system.
This feeding method helps to promote harmonious musculature, a shiny coat and better overall vitality.
Special attention is also paid to hydration. As Bengals often have an affinity for water, the use of water fountains can be an excellent way to encourage their consumption.
Each kitten is gradually introduced to its new food to ensure a smooth transition to its new home. Personalized advice is also provided to prospective adopters to best support this dietary continuity.
